After starting his agency career with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in Streatham, he joined Hamptons International in Putney, where he was their most successful senior negotiator in his first six months. He was recruited by Savills to open a new office in East Sheen, which became Savills’ highest grossing new branch in its first year. Following a spell running Savills’ Wandsworth branch, he transferred to Barnes, where he achieved landmark sales prices for several luxury properties along Castelnau and Queen’s Ride and was recognised as one of the top negotiators in London. Jasper left Savills after 8 years and ran his own property search business until he joined house. Partnership in January 2024.
